Dr. Venkat brings a wealth of expertise and experience to his role as a Senior Consultant in pain management. With 12 years of experience as a Consultant in Pain management within the UK National Health Service (NHS), a CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) holder in Anaesthesia and has been a Fellow of Neuromodulation at Guy’s and St Thomas Hospital, Pain Management Centre in London. he possesses a deep understanding of both interventional and medical approaches to pain management.
Dr. Venkat’s skill set encompasses a wide range of pain conditions, including lower back pain, knee pain, headaches, facial pains, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, Chronic abdominal pain, Chronic Pelvic pain, and pains secondary to vascular disorders. His special interests lie in neuromodulation techniques such as spinal cord stimulation and intrathecal drug delivery, which he applies to both
non-cancer and cancer pain management scenarios. In addition to conventional pain management approaches, Dr. Venkat is also well-versed in utilizing regenerative medicine and techniques to provide pain relief through non-surgical means.
